In the field of infection diagnostics, animal and environmental hygiene as well as disinfectant testing, our institute offers numerous services. We also make our laboratories available to students and trainees for selected internships.
Diagnostics
The Institute offers infection diagnostics (animal samples, environmental samples) as well as examinations within the framework of animal hygiene and environmental hygiene. This includes virological, serological, bacteriological and molecular biological examinations. In addition, disinfectant tests are carried out in accordance with DVG guidelines.
Furthermore, we offer trainees in the field of medical-technical assistance and interns the opportunity to complete internships relevant to their training in our laboratories.
At present, we carry out and offer examinations in the following specialist areas:
- Microbiology (bacteriology, virology and mycology laboratory)
- Animal hygiene/ environmental hygiene
