What information is required?
For successful nutritional advice and ration checking, we provide you with an owner questionnaire, a so-called anamnesis form. Please fill out the questionnaire for your horse in as much detail as possible and enclose any other necessary information, such as laboratory findings or veterinary referral letters. The questionnaire is available to you in the download area as a writable PDF document.
How long does processing take?
Processing usually takes 3-4 working days. If there is justifiable urgency, we will endeavor to process the matter more quickly.
Which costs arise?
The costs are based on the fee schedule for veterinarians (GOT 2022) published by the Federal Veterinary Association and the time required for the respective consultation.
Ration recommendation/ration calculation/ration assessment from €142.80 including VAT.
Follow-up consultation from €47.60 including VAT.
